My team and I are skilled at sharing our client's unique stories in the most compelling way to enable us to attract the best talent for them. We recruit specialists on behalf of Biotech, Pharma and Medical Device companies in relation to end to end drug, product and device development, placing talent from Graduate level to C Suite. I lead 4x teams: Preclinical: Discovery (Biology, Genomics, Computational sciences, Chemistry), Preclinical Development (Bioanalysis, DMPK, Toxicology) and Early Development (Translational Sciences, Biomarker Development, Clinical Pharmacology).
