About Cat Levine

I am passionate about fostering mental wellbeing in children and building resilient communities through preventative and early intervention mental health education. As the Founder and Director of Think and Be Me, I specialize in creating and delivering evidence-based mental health education programs for 5–10-year-olds. Grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), our resources are designed to be engaging, fun, and easy for educators to implement. With over a decade of experience, I have led initiatives that have positively impacted more than children and trained 350 teachers in the last two years alone. Supported by the Rotary Foundation, our programs have significantly improved school attendance, conflict resolution skills, and emotional management in students. These efforts extend beyond classrooms, empowering parents and families to adopt strategies that promote emotional health at home. Beyond my work with Think and Be Me, I am- A Facilitator for Teacher Training with Life Education - A Keynote Speaker and Workshop Leader, delivering to diverse audiences on strategies for positive mental wellbeing and stress management. I am committed to transforming our dire mental health statistics, and I welcome opportunities to collaborate with like-minded organizations and individuals.
