Cat uses her creative, strategic and people skills to support do-gooders and mission-driven business in being seen to share their knowledge, skills and products/services to ultimately increase the health and consciousness of the world. Creativity has always been second nature to me. I grew up with colour on my hands, stories in my head, and an insatiable drive to create. My journey through fine arts and design at Emily Carr taught me how to communicate visually, solve problems, and shape experiences. But it was my mother’s battle with chronic illness that opened my eyes to something just as vital—how we care for ourselves, how systems support or fail us, and the power of mind-body wellness. Today, I merge these passions–design, marketing, strategy and people skills–in order to help good-doer’s communicate clearly and expand their reach to ultimately increase the health and consciousness of the world.
