What’s up y’all I'm Cat. I started my journey in telemarketing in 2017, cold calls were a big challenge for me. However, with the help of a great mentor, I overcame my fears, and the "you're too happy to be cold calling" comments felt like compliments. Transitioning into sales and business development felt like finding my true calling. Lead generation was enjoyable, however stepping into a managerial role has been a challenge. Right now, I manage a team of dedicated Account Executives, focusing on building relationships, learning from each other and of course driving revenue.
