About Cat Tham

My collective work and school experience have allowed me to flourish in several areas. Most importantly I pride myself on having excellent customer service, and going above and beyond for the customer. I believe that if a company takes care of its customers and employees that profits will follow. Currently working as a sales rep for Total Spirit Cheerleading, I have built a network of clients across Canada. However large or small the client I will always deliver my best pitch for them. Graduating from Langara College with a Bachelor of Business Administration, major in marketing I know how to strategically plan a business. These skills have come in handy while planning my sales strategy for next month, executing an event, or even finding the perfect apparel for a client! The time I spent at Langara was truly enjoyable and I met a lot of great teachers, and students alike. Currently my typical day as a sales representative will involve talking to clients over the phone and through email. Problem solving constantly. I will also use the design software Corel Draw to come up with original artwork for clients. There may be some social media posting that is required. On weekends I am often travelling to events across Canada, and enjoy interacting with customers in person. In my personal time I like to make the most of what Vancouver has to offer! I enjoy getting outside and hiking, chasing waterfalls, riding my cruiser around town, stopping by Earnest Ice Cream, or hanging out at the beach.
