With a demonstrated history of leadership, I have successfully led teams and implemented innovative solutions to drive growth and improve operational efficiency. Throughout my career, I have consistently delivered outstanding results by leveraging my technical knowledge and strategic mindset. Currently, as the Head of Smart Technologies at IMSAT S.A, located in Bucharest, Romania, I am responsible for initiating, piloting, implementing, and ensuring the sustainable development of the Industry 4.0 business line within SNEF Groupe CEE. By leveraging cutting-edge technologies and driving digital transformation initiatives, I aim to create value and drive business growth in the ever-evolving Energy landscape. Prior to my current role, I served as the Head of Industrial Applications Solutions at Siemens Energy, where I led a team of over 150 employees. In this capacity, I oversaw a portfolio of solutions for electrification, automation, and digitalisation across the Oil and Gas, Marine, and Fiber industries. Through my leadership, we successfully delivered projects that enhanced operational efficiency and optimised performance for our clients. During my tenure at Siemens Romania, I held various leadership positions, including Country Compliance Officer, Head of Business Unit Medium Voltage and Solutions, Head of Business Unit Low Voltage and Products, National Sales Manager, and Regional Sales Manager. These roles allowed me to develop comprehensive expertise in sales forecasting, market opportunity identification, strategy development, and team leadership. I consistently achieved targets and built strong relationships with key stakeholders, contributing to the overall success of the organisation. I hold an Executive Transition Program in Advanced Management from ESMT Berlin European School of Management and Technology, which has equipped me with the necessary skills to excel in complex business environments. Additionally, I obtained an Engineer's degree in Electromechanics from Universitatea Tehnică din Cluj-Napoca, solidifying my technical foundation.
