About Catalin Oncescu

If we meet for the first time and I need to say something definitory about myself, I would say I am a "continuous learner". My past experience has revolved around customer support in the IT field. Whether it was technical support for a whole department within SGEBS group, or customer support for a variety of fields, such as telecommunications, gaming or internet safety, I had to adapt and use my IT skills to successfully meet all requirements. When opportunity arose, I have took the chance as an intern for KPMG Romania, where I was in charge of verifying the accounting data, updating and formatting the data base. From educational and self-learning perspective, I have always been fascinated about the finance environment and the endless possibilities that IT domain offers. I have studied Accountings and Information Management, which was only the beginning of many hours of independent research. The variety of domains I had worked in have given me a broader perspective on problem-solving and have enriched my knowledge and ability to overcome stressful situations.
