I am an award-winning IT Engineering Manager recognized for transforming and embedding engineering practices whilst contributing to technology roadmap and strategy. One of my key talents is working closely with management teams and key stakeholders to define and deliver best-in-class solutions. My expertise operating advanced technologies across various products and platforms from different vendors, including Access routers, switches, aggregators and CPEs as well as Mobile transmission equipment. During a rewarding career, I worked across IT operations to proactively reduce business impact, add value and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Recent achievements include: Managed large-scale projects with EUR multi-million budget, comprising of multi-vendor and multi-cultural teams, contributing to satisfaction and excitement of internal and external stakeholders. Received “Global Business Case study” and “Local Business Case study” awards from IEDC-Bled School of Management, Slovenia for “Wireless charging of autonomous vehicles” innovative idea.
