With over 15 years of experience in supply chain management, I am a certified professional (CPSM) and a strategic leader in procurement, inventory, and warehouse optimization. I currently oversee the supply chain operations at NAIT, one of Canada's leading polytechnics, where I manage a team of 16 professionals in the areas of Procurement Services, Procurement Facilities Management, Distribution Services and Fleet Management. I have a proven track record of delivering cost savings, value generation, and risk mitigation through data-driven analysis, contract negotiations, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement. I have successfully managed key contracts, raw commodities, capital acquisition projects, and logistics services for AltaSteel, a major steel manufacturer, where I achieved $3M/year savings. I am passionate about leading and empowering my team from their strengths, fostering a culture of quality, collaboration, solution-oriented mindset, and continuous learning. I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and I have facilitated stakeholder engagement both internally and externally.
