About Catarina Gaspar

Associate at BCG. In the past, I worked as a Research Fellow at PROSPER, a leading economics research center, where I was responsible for conducting empirical research with a large emphasis on data analytics (R, Python, STATA), as well as managing projects and writing winning proposals for funding. I taught in BSc and MSc programs at Católica (7 different courses), and was awarded the "Distinguished Teaching Award" by the students in 2022/23. I have also worked as an independent consultant for the World Bank and visited Northwestern University as Research Assistant, and collaborated with a startup focused on Artificial Intelligence. While working, I completed a master's in Economics at Católica-Lisbon as top student and a second master's degree in Business Analytics, with a focus on data science applied to business contexts.
