With over 20 years of experience, I have had the opportunity to grow across different areas of management and people development. I began my career in commercial management and team leadership, taking on the supervision of multiple stores and leading around 150 employees at Artsana (Chicco). This experience gave me a solid foundation in performance management, business expansion and operational leadership. Later, I worked on consulting, coaching and digital transformation projects, collaborating with SMEs and organizations across different sectors, which allowed me to strengthen my expertise in commercial strategy, team leadership and organizational development. In recent years, I have specialized in Learning & Development, creating training departments from the ground up, managing trainer teams and leading learning communities of hundreds of professionals. Today, I align strategy, people and culture to generate sustainable impact in transformation contexts. I am passionate about developing talent, leading teams and driving results, bridging my background in commercial management with modern learning and development practices.
