Background

About Caterina L.

I'm a naturally curious "Defender"(ISFJ) who thrives in environments that require both big-picture thinking and attention to detail. Throughout my career, I've worked in dynamic environments with shifting responsibilities and leadership changes, and I've come to see these transitions as valuable opportunities for growth and learning. I'm a lifelong learner with a strong aptitude for quickly mastering new technologies and tools. What grounds me is a strong customer-first mindset. Whether I’m in a team meeting or on a call with executives, I’m not afraid to raise important questions or advocate for better processes. I've had the opportunity to contribute to everything from high-level program strategy to go-to-market product marketing, and even when imposter syndrome creeps in, I continue to deliver meaningful impact.Above all, I bring thoughtfulness, adaptability, and a genuine desire to improve the experience for everyone I work with - colleagues, stakeholders, and customers.
