About Caterina Serna

I am a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Action Behavior Centers, where I assist patients on the Autism Spectrum in learning functional behaviors and social skills. I have a degree in Recreation, Park and Tourism Sciences from Texas A&M University, with a focus on Youth Development, Community Development, and Park Administration/Conservation. My core competencies include interpersonal communication, attention to detail, event coordination, and networking skills. In my current role, I implement Behavior Intervention strategies that are tailored to the individual needs and goals of each patient. I work with a team of professionals and caregivers to ensure the best outcomes and quality of care. I also participate in training sessions, meetings, and events to enhance my knowledge and skills. Previously, I was a Program Director and an Archery Instructor at Lost Pines Scout Reservation, where I designed and implemented programs and activities for staff and youth. I am passionate about creating positive and enriching experiences for people of all ages and backgrounds, and I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to my team.
