About Cath Carlsen

I’m a COO/CMO with more than 20 years of experience driving growth across SaaS, marketplaces, and the professional beauty and wellness sector. My career spans marketing/rev ops, product, and operations leadership, giving me the ability to connect commercial vision with execution at scale. At Powered by Flossie, I lead global operations for a technology company pioneering the e-commerce of hair and beauty services. My role centers on bridging technology, compliance, and commercialization to deliver enterprise-level results. This includes securing multinational agreements with global beauty brands such as Estée Lauder Companies’ Aveda, ensuring security and compliance readiness to meet rigorous enterprise standards, and orchestrating integrations with leading online booking platforms in the haircare industry. I am passionate about transforming legacy industries with modern technology, ensuring that platforms are not only innovative but also secure, compliant, and scalable. By combining global marketing expertise with operational leadership as COO, I deliver growth that is measurable, brand-driven, and sustainable. I bring creativity, optimism, and humor into everything I do, which helps to inspire teams and align them around shared goals.
