I thrive in a fast-paced environment, have experience dealing with high pressure situations and finding solutions to deliver positive outcomes for customers and clients. I am always looking to learn new skills and take on challenges.I am originally from the UK and arrived in Australia in 2015 on a working-holiday visa, however fell in love with Australia; in particular Melbourne. I always strive to be the best I can be and believe in giving 110%. At 16 years old I started my first job as a waitress at Thrales Restaurant and progressed to Restaurant Supervisor whilst still studying full-time. At Aramex, I was offered sponsorship as the Contract Administrator after six months of working as a Customer Service Advisor in the call centre. My approach to customer service or dealing with any issues is to think analytically; rather than just solving the problem after it has occurred I work to fix it at the source. I look at why an issue arose in the first place and assess the matter accordingly to identify whether there is a fault in the process or further training of staff is required. To this end, I have re-written processes within the business and also regularly train both new and existing staff, overseeing development to ensure a better customer experience.I have customer portfolio and excellent account manager experience. In addition to contract administrator and account manager duties I also have thirteen years of experience in customer service, working within areas such as call centres, retail, sales and hospitality. I am a professional, reliable and hardworking individual.In the UK I completed my degree BSc Wildlife Biology at Manchester Metropolitan University. I have always had a strong passion for animals, wildlife and nature. In addition to this I am an environmentally-minded person and endeavour to be sustainable where possible. I am also passionate about cruelty-free and ethical brands.
