I have a strong community focus, previously volunteering in hands-on roles with the State Emergency Service and Red Cross, as well as youth mentoring through a local school, and founding a youth service in my local area. At which time I also became a committee member of the Adelaide Hills Youth Sector Network. My passion is working to empower disadvantaged community members and support people at risk of suicide, as both suicide prevention and disability support are matters close to my heart. I am the admin of an NDIS service providers group on Facebook, where disability services can ask questions and discuss NDIS-related topics and connect with other service providers.I have recently begun coordinating the Murraylands Mental Health Practitioners Network (MHPN) meetings, which are to be held in Murray Bridge and focus on local issues.Ideally, I would like to further my career in neuropsychology, particularly in neurodevelopmental disorders, and neurodiversity among adults.
