About Cath Weston

An experienced and passionate strategist, I began my career over 20 years ago as a WPP fellow and have since worked internationally for agencies such as Ogilvy London and New York, Goodby Silverstein in San Francisco and DDB in Sydney. Clients have included Unilever, Kodak, Mars, GSK, Coca Cola, Hewlett Packard and even Britney Spears for Elizabeth Arden. Mid career I completed an MSc in Psychodynamics of Human Development and went on to run my own coaching business. After returning to my freelance strategy practice, I’ve worked client side for the largest homeless charity in the UK, rolled out Unilever’s new marketing approach across WPP agencies globally, consulted across clients such as P&G and Virgin for The Liberty Guild and more recently led strategy for Chanel and The Guardian at PHD. I work collaboratively to develop a clear plan to meet business objectives and tell a simple and compelling brand story with consumer and culture at its heart.
