I am passionate about Agriculture. With 25+ years of hands-on global horticulture and agriculture expertise, as Global Technical Support & Knowledge Manager (GTS & KM) at Rovensa Next, I focus on providing technical support to the commercialisation of our BioSolutions portfolio, which includes BioNutrition & BioPesticides, following their development post R&D. My experience covers a wide range of agricultural practices across Europe, Australia, Asia (including China and India), and the United States. My responsibilities encompass developing, strengthening & evolving market positions to highlight the value proposition of the product, range, and finally the Company to help achieve the defined commercial objectives. This objective is attained through the effective communication of sales arguments, highlighting the unique selling proposition of the product and wider portfolio, and is facilitated by the GTS & KM Team, which I founded. Our Regional Technical & Commercial teams are equipped with said sales arguments & product knowledge through the global Product Corporate Training Program (PCTP) & various Knowledge Management (KM) systems both of which I developed and implemented. My current focus is on the refinement of an isolated Artificial Intelligence (AI) engine that leverages our KM databases as engine training data. All the above has the goal of empowering our Global & Regional Technical & Commercial teams, to provide timely & effective client services. Under my stewardship, from ideation to planning, design, proof of concept, and ultimately, rollout & implementation the PCTP was designed to offer comprehensive training on all aspects of our Products & Portfolio. Conducted by our internal GTS & KM staff or guest experts, the PCTP includes up to 4 live training sessions in various languages in a single day, broadcast globally from our in-house greenscreen studio, complemented by in-person training sessions held worldwide. My experience also extends to market analysis and new market penetration strategies. These skills are further applied in the techno-marketing & portfolio analysis of potential acquisitions by the Group. In my role, I lead Technical Portfolio Analysis during target screening & due diligence processes, contributing to acquisitions that have resulted in approximately €1Bn in capital deployed, along with multiple other due diligences. Additionally, my role includes development, coordination, and implementation of the corporate Global Technical strategy, in collaboration with Strategic Marketing throughout the Product Life Cycle.
