Enthusiastic and experienced program/project management lead. Experience leading teams through product and process based change programs for national and global organizations. In my current role I lead a program, onboarding global markets to serialization in the highly regulated pharmaceutical sector. The program works with multiple groups including IT, supply chain, regulatory, finance, engineering, and operations. Typical end to end use case of the program establishes market regulations, creates integration plan, implements plan with relevant stakeholders and hands over production solution to market with control processes installed. Current work includes- Developing program for deployment of serialization across global markets - Leading and training a team of project managers in implementation of program - managing unique technical and regulatory requirements to establish process changes within Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, IT and Engineering within each market - Risk management and compliance understanding for multiple markets, cultures and languages - Work proactively with Key Stakeholders to help facilitate discussions and improve processes - Providing business strategies across entire supply chain My previous experience extends across project management, product design, mechanical/manufacturing engineering, structural engineering in multiple countries including Ireland, New Zealand, Taiwan and America. On top of my mechanical & manufacturing bachelor's degree, I have been awarded a green belt in lean six sigma and currently am training for the Project Manager Professional Certificate (PMP). I have developed an abundance of skills from my previous roles. I have worked across multiple sectors and cultures. My experience includes mechanical systems and processes, large scale high rise and residential engineering, product design, risk management, project management and program management. I have been successful working in multiple high pressure scenarios.
