Previously, at Medtronic, PLC (NYSE: MDT), a $32B Fortune 200 Company, Catherine was CFO of a $9B Neurosciences global business portfolio, where she drove $1.5B revenue growth and improved operating profit margins by by developing shared services and operating practices that improved performance. Prior at Thomson Reuters (NYSE: TRI) a $13B global news and intelligent information provider, Catherine was SVP, Corporate Business Operations Services, and was CFO for the $3.5B global Legal Business Unit where she was instrumental in transforming the business from a book manufacturer into an industry leading online research technology platform. Earlier, at Honeywell International $37B (NYSE: HON) Catherine was the CFO of a $2.4B Building Services business unit, and as an expatriate residing in London, England she was CFO of a $300M Northern Europe Building Services & Solutions business unit. Catherine has leveraged her business acumen and financial expertise as a past Audit Committee Chair and Member of the Non-Profit Board of Directors for the YMCA of the North.
