With over 10 years of experience in social services and project management, I am passionate about delivering high-quality results that meet the needs and expectations of my clients and stakeholders. I have a master's degree in project management and bachelor’s degree in social work, which demonstrate my commitment to continuous learning and professional development in both industry and people. I am currently a program manager at Cherokee Federal, a leading provider workforce development and consulting solutions for the federal government. As a program manager, I am responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring multiple projects across different domains. I work closely with a diverse team of experts, contractors, and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of each project within the scope, budget, and timeline. Some of the skills that I use on a daily basis include project management, time management, data management, communication, and problem-solving. I enjoy the challenge and variety of my role, and I am always looking for opportunities to improve my skills and knowledge.
