Focus on streamlining operations, developing new relationships, enhancing guest experience, increasing loyalty and exploring account based selling opportunities. Previously reviewed, optimised and managed sales strategy and process across bookings and private events for a venue group in London, specialising in creating memorable experiences and attracting new business. Before this, I helped connect hospitality operators with flexible staff due to the huge impact Covid and Brexit had on the hospitality workforce. Limber is able to support the ever fluctuating needs within the fast moving hospitality sector. At the beginning of my sales career, I first jumped into helping hospitality venues increase their revenue and conversion rate by using the most flexible software on the market - Collins, Design My Night from within The Access Group. Previously a Children's Nurse within the NHS, private healthcare and the community.
