My VET experienced started way back in 1997 when I was employed at Miss Maud as the Food and Beverage Manager. Funding had just commenced for Trainee-ships and I took on the role of coordinator and Trainer to 21 young staff at the Fremantle Restaurant, successfully guiding 20 of them to completion. As an experienced General Manager/Compliance Manager in the private RTO sector I have a proven record in managing the businesses in complex environments and developing a highly skilled training and administration teams. I offer 20 years of experience in the VET industry and have extensive knowledge and experience in the management of an RTO. My specialty is non-compliance rectification and RTO development. Over the past 5 years I have been responsible for gaining re-registration for 4 RTO’s (all re-registered for 7 years) and I was brought on by GO2 Skills and Training in October 2018 to rectify their RTO Suspension, which was successfully re-assessed in February 2019.
