I have 20+ years experience of working with senior leaders in the Education & Sustainability sectors, helping grow alliances, facilitate groups and build lasting networks where change and value-creation can occur. As Director of Partnership Development at Challenge Partners, I lead our team to extend our reach and impact across the UK, growing our National Network of Excellence in order that more schools and pupils benefit from sharing leading practice across the network of over 550+ schools and 100 trusts. I'm experienced in strategic planning, partnership building and product innovation. Skills in business development, multi-stakeholder engagement, facilitation, training for leadership development and relationship management. I love to create safe environments for learning and stretch, to challenge each other to imagine better futures and to support groups re-engage with their core values and purpose.
