Creative Leadership for Complex Challenges: I'm a theatremaker, curator, editor, dramaturg, web designer, and project manager with extensive experience in strategic planning, volunteer management, and collaborating on innovative, detail-driven interdisciplinary projects. I’m passionate about producing live performance, contributing to community benefit through service organizations, and building socially equitable contexts through authentic connection, transparency, and dedication. Key Accomplishments: • As Artistic Director of Annex Theatre, I restructured and modernized the season selection process, increasing the quality and quantity of artist submissions. I also spearheaded an anniversary fundraising campaign that resulted in $6,500 in donations, created an online fundraiser that raised $2,500 in two weeks, and contributed to grant writing with staff that acquired in community donations. • At efelle Creative, I codified SOP documentation for WordPress projects, improving task management, systematizing effective client and team communications, and increasing capacity to triple the number of projects completed. I also developed SOPs for a Social Media Marketing program that supported eight clients and nine accounts, diversifying company revenue to ~$13K/year. • As the second-ever curator and producer of Spin the Bottle–Seattle's longest-running monthly late-night variety show at Annex Theatre–I led an initiative to transition to a primetime timeslot, which increased audience attendance and enhanced actor safety in the Capitol Hill neighborhood.
