In my tenure as a Systems Analyst at RockAuto, LLC, I prioritized, researched, proposed, & managed data-driven process improvements that spanned every aspect of this B2C ecommerce auto parts retailer. I worked cross-functionally with our Software Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience departments to identify bottlenecks affecting both our internal and external customers and define roadmaps with timelines to solve them. I was responsible for quantifying the impact of my solutions, prioritizing their urgency when assigning them to our developers’ schedules, and managing unexpected issues during development and testing. I regularly employed my knowledge of various computer programming languages (like PHP, JavaScript, & Perl) to document current processes and propose necessary changes to them.
