I’ll work with you to achieve your goals with grace, exhilaration and intrinsic wisdom. My style of coaching is intuitive, creative, and empathic, and has authenticity at its centre. We’ll explore your thinking and feelings, work through your fears, and unpack your strengths, talents and resources to get you where you want to be. Our work together can feel dynamic, and challenging, or compassionate and supportive, depending on what you need. I pay attention to both what’s being said and not said, and provide a safe, judgement free environment for things you’ve been dying to say. I will hold you accountable, share what I observe, challenge unhelpful thinking or avoidance, and offer a different perspective. Sometimes coaching will feel uncomfortable in order for you to move to a place of ease. I will always have you and your needs at the heart of our work together. I've been supporting people through change since 2006. I have 12 years experience in Social Care. I'm a certified and ICF accredited coach.
