I have leveraged these strengths for corporate executives and their Boards alike. My multifaceted leadership career has centered on initiating and implementing value-yielding financial and strategic advice for mid-to-large-cap banks, asset management, wealth management, and insurance organizations. As a trusted voice and business partner at the C-suite level, I contribute thoughtful perspectives to boardroom conversations across multiple industries concerning corporate governance, growth strategies, capital allocation, private / public capital raising, regulatory frameworks, and fundamentals of ESG, digital transformation, and cyber risk. I currently serve as Vice Chair, M&A with Deloitte Canada. I am proud to have unified Deloitte’s M&A workforce of 600+, leveraging the firm’s remarkable cross-expertise, significantly enhancing the value we bring to every client engagement.
