I was fortunate to join MHA, over 20 years ago, and work with and learn from some of the most smart and innovative leaders that transformed the Alternate Site healthcare purchasing landscape. My roles within the Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) afforded me opportunities to engage and develop business with a vast number of partners providing pharmaceuticals, laboratory, medical and business products and services, and healthcare providers (in over 20 markets!). It was very rewarding to generate new sales opportunities for our contracted business partners and bring cost savings to our healthcare provider members. Truly a win-win! As a worker, I am a dedicated professional with a proven track record of achieving and surpassing budgetary goals. My expertise extends to optimizing outcomes through a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare purchasing landscape, covering everything from products and services to reimbursement. I am known for demonstrating advanced problem-solving and communication skills, with a significant emphasis on active listening. This has allowed me to be adept at customer relationship management and delivering top-tier service to clients. As a leader, I excel in guiding and energizing diverse teams of account representatives.
