About Catherine Emert

Catherine Emert is a Central Oregon native, growing up in La Pine, Oregon. Catherine spent her life exploring all that Central Oregon has to offer. She was raised to love and appreciate the diversity of the area and the people who live and visit here. Her real estate career started by working as a bookkeeper and managing over 25 Home Owner Associations in Central Oregon and venturing into property management as a tenant specialist for a large property management company in Bend, Oregon. She was the Director of Information Technology for the Central Oregon Association of REALTORS®/MLS of Central Oregon and leverages her unparalleled experience of real estate technology for you. Catherine’s addition to our team gives Strategic Realty, LLC a tremendous boost in our capability to drive innovation while increasing service to our clients. Her knowledge and love of our area is hard to find and her drive to make each client feel like a friend or family will make you feel like you have someone on your team every step of the way. She listens to all of our clients needs and communicates every step of the way up to closing and well after she wants to make sure every client feels they have someone they can trust. Communication is one of her strongest assets and works hard to solve all problems down to the smallest detail. Catherine an amazing asset to our team she is also the proud mother of two young men who aspire to be photographers and graphic designers, she nurtures her sons dreams by allowing them to help create drone footage of our listings, design flyers, teaches them the technology and believe it or not they teach her something new everyday. Her ability to multitask and organize not only for the company but in her every day life allows her to juggle family, work and fun and makes every day a learning opportunity for all of us. She is never afraid to find a new way to provide better service and organization for our clients.
