About Catherine Goetz

Mrs Goetz started her career as engineer at Alcatel then Philips where she had the opportunity to move to quality management and process improvement. Here competencies were then extended to project management and subcontractors management, by Philips then by D&O and by Nagra. She has experienced the telecommunication and insurance areas. Mrs Goetz is an expert in continuous improvement and quality management, especially for supporting organizations and people to deploy and use models such as CMMI and ISO. Her technical background is a precious support for understanding customer needs, getting them involved and supporting them for handling the process non-compliances detecting during the internal assessments or the audits. She appreciates teaching, providing coaching and support, and remains always committed for bringing any activity to the very end. She can also provide consultancy in strategy definition, measurement setting and balanced scorecard. Mrs Goetz is also experienced in software project management, especially software cross-functional projects. By D&O and by Nagra she could manage successfully some projects involving the DSI, the MOE and some partners or subcontractors and possibly with the MOA and the subcontracting division.The purpose of these projects were mainly internal tools for project and change management, for internal reporting, and electronic publishing production. Mrs Goetz has also a strong experience in subcontractors management in the areas of software and electronic publishing. Here competencies range from auditing, technical contracts writing, management and follow-up, and deliveries acceptance.
