As the CEO of Cup-O-T: Wellness and Therapy Services, I’m proud to lead a social enterprise that dares to do things differently in mental health support, youth services, and professional training. We champion real change - rooted in lived experience, connection, creativity, and the power of nature. My passion for this work is personal. I received mental health services as a teenager and now, as an occupational therapist with lived experience of both mental and physical health challenges, I see how much still needs to shift. Young people deserve better. Professionals deserve training that inspires. And the system needs to be reimagined - not just reformed.
