Hello! I would like to introduce myself as a professional individual with 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. I am currently seeking a management position in relation to my areas of expertise, medical and disability claims. Over the years, with the help and support of an extraordinary management team, I have learned not only the logistics of the claims department, but the strength, determination and the passion of the individuals that directly support the success of the company. In my most recent journey, I relocated from Cleveland, OH to Dallas, TX in an effort to provide a seamless transition of disability claims to a newly hired claims team. My goal of continuing the exemplary service experience that our customers were accustomed was successfully attained through continuous training, mentoring and quality reviews of my staff. I am highly motivated to "do the right thing" by my peers, my staff, and my customers with honesty and integrity. Earning the trust of my internal and external customers, and building a successful claims unit through the attainment of above average production, quality and customer service standards is my daily motivation. I am extremely excited to offer my experience to your business, to learn and excel in your processes and to build customer relationships that are strong and everlasting!
