About Catherine Hawkett

I am an experienced ambassador for lifelong learning and have considerable experience in managing and developing future talent programmes to meet changing business demands. I ensure compliance and high quality standards are met so that graduates and apprentices get the very best learning experience possible. I work with colleagues and stakeholders to identify new opportunities to grow diverse talent and schemes.I am keen to promote T levels across the built environment sector and am a member of various cross-industry groups to learn about new initiatives and to offer improved opportunities. I believe in breaking down barriers in recruitment to open up access for all and am always keen to network with like-minded people to help challenge inequality and promote social value. I am keen to promote employability and career opportunities in the built environment and am both a FIR (Fairness, Inclusion & Respect) and STEM Ambassador.I have implemented new inclusive recruitment processes to improve diversity and am proud to say that this has won two awards for best apprenticeship initiative and best assessment.
