The idea of TechKnow Recruiting began when it was discovered that there was a need in the business world for not only talented candidates, but also a need for aligning properly skilled candidates with the right companies. There are many times recruiting firms will send a good candidate, but not for the correct position or culture fit. TechKnow Recruiting works closely with various medical device manufactures across the greater Twin Cities area. We assist in OEM and contract manufacturing staffing needs. My vision is to advertise to companies that we have the knowledge and experience to be the best. We work with companies of all sizes and within a variety of different Industries. We strive to be the first firm that comes to mind when it's time to hire for those tough to fill positions. Who better to place technical roles than the technical experts themselves! I am also with "Talk of the Twin Cities" and I host a show called "Catherine’s Crossing’s" which is on Metro Cable Network 6 Television. I provide businesses and nonprofit organizations a creative way to tell their story, while getting their word out there about their products or their services. This particular type of show is not only going to advertise more about what your organization is accomplishing, but this show is also going to give more hope and encouragement to others who may not yet know what is else is available to them out there. In these economic times that we live in today, people hunger to see and hear stories that are going to help them still enjoy life by helping others. People want to be able to hear and witness someone who is knowledgeable and whose words are supported by his or her actions. I believe that with faith, hope and love, we can accomplish anything in this world!
