I've led the creative on a variety of accounts including fashion, beauty, home, fitness, outdoor adventures, jewellery, pharmacy, toys, electronics, gardening, liquor & automotive. • I’m confident communicating ideas and executing concepts to a high standard to sell in to stakeholders. I love the thrill of seeing an idea through from concept to completion. • I’ve managed the art direction of advertising campaigns, working collaboratively with large teams to create TV commercials, online content and key visuals. Big campaigns are where I thrive; from huge billboards to tiny web tiles, I can plan how each element best communicates key messages. • I'm passionate about photography and I’m truly happiest on set, whether it’s in studio or on a windswept beach. I create moodboards, design sets, oversee casting and select wardrobe and props. I motivate my teams to create engaging photographs, working with stylists, hair & makeup artists, photographers and retouchers to ensure assets are delivered to a high standard. • I mentor, lead and support designers to ensure elements are flawlessly executed in line with brand guidelines. Experienced working across a variety of channels including social, EDMs, ecommerce, digital, catalogues, OOH, POS and DM. I have an eye for detail and strong project management skills. • Art is my first love, but I’m also confident writing scripts for TV / radio, EDM and social copy, campaign lines and tone of voice. • I’ve worked in an Agile environment where the customer has been at the heart of every decision. My experience working closely with marketers, insights, media and merchandise teams has helped me to understand the bigger picture and the need to communicate the right message in the right medium at the right time for customers.
