As Co-Chair for Administrative Partners in a large health network, I lead the development of communication and de-escalation strategies that support front-line clinical staff—unit secretaries, nurses and interdisciplinary teams—across high-pressure environments. On our innovations unit, I design and implement practical, real-world tools that help care teams: • Communicate clearly under pressure • De-escalate high-stress interactions • Foster a culture of empathy, professionalism and collaboration My passion lies in bridging the gap between front-line realities and system-wide goals reinforcing staff's confidence, reinforce patients feel heard and healthcare teams work together more effectively. What sets me apart is a deep commitment to people. I love building others up: coaching team members, supporting collaborative problem-solving and creating environments where everyone feels seen, respected and set up to succeed. In addition to my work inside the hospital, I’m the creator of the Lehigh Valley Autism Guide (LVAG)—an award-winning community resource website that helps families and providers navigate complex services with clarity and confidence. Through this volunteer project, I’ve built strategic partnerships, written educational content and led digital outreach to connect hundreds of people with critical support. At the heart of every role I've held; whether in direct patient support, innovation projects or digital outreach, is a deep focus on communication. I specialize in making complex systems understandable, calming high-stress situations and connecting people to the resources they need. I bring clarity, empathy and strategy to every interaction; whether in person, over the phone or online.
