In my professional career spanning over 15 years I Have acquired a considerable amount of knowledge in the field of store and merchandise planning and management including carrying out stakeholder and supplier management, custom issues and budgeting operations. Some of my key roles have been 1. Conducting data analysis, preparing and presenting reports on budgeting, sales, market development, stakeholder management and so on 2. Handling all aspects of customs, including staying up to date with changing guidelines, resolving issues at the country of origin, training staff to handle custom issues and monitoring custom duty rates being levied 3. Managing and facilitating store operations, opening of new stores, merchandise planning and development, handling staff management, keeping a track of stocks and inventory and managing stakeholders 4. Implementing automated order input sheet, custom functions to minimise custom risks, and processes to facilitate stock transfer between depots and countries 5. Carrying out daily administrative duties including recruitment and training, implementing strategic planning, payroll management, workforce management, and supplier management I am a proactive individual who works efficiently as a part of cross-functional teams and is willing to take up and facilitate additional duties for better functioning of the organisation
