Catherine is a Payroll Controller with an impressive 15-year track record in the IT sector. Having originally relocated to Dorset to pursue her education at Bournemouth University, she successfully earned her BA (Hons) in Communications. Outside the realm of Rubicon, Catherine embraces an active lifestyle, dedicating time to running, walking, and exploring the picturesque coastlines of Dorset. She also cherishes quality moments spent with her two daughters, Lulu and Kitty. Established in 1982 Rubicon People Partnership, formerly Rubicon Recruitment Group, became 100% employee-owned in April 2021.
