About Catherine Mauldin

I’ve spent over two decades in the mortgage industry, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: success isn’t just about closing deals—it’s about finding fulfillment in what you do. My passion lies in helping others navigate their career paths, whether they’re fresh-faced newcomers eager to break in or seasoned pros looking for their next big move.My approach is simple—integrity, empathy, and collaboration. I believe that thriving in this industry isn’t just about hitting professional milestones; it’s about finding purpose in the process. Whether it’s mentoring, troubleshooting complex transactions, or just being a sounding board during tough times, I’m here to help others excel and love what they do.I’m committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and support because when individuals thrive, the entire industry rises with them. One empowered professional at a time, we can elevate this field and create lasting success.Outside of work, I’m fueled by the love and support of my husband, Dave, and our amazing kids. We find joy in hiking, cooking, and making the most of our time together—because just like in business, success is best enjoyed with the right people by your side.
