I am a Clinical Social Worker/ Therapist (MSW, RSW) with a passion for advocacy and social justice. I have 12+ years experience post grad providing exceptional care for diverse populations in a range of settings. My specialties and interests include the following areas-Complex Trauma and Attachment -Transitional Aged Youth and Adolescents -2SLGTQAI+ communities (coming out, self advocacy, identity exploration and transition, gender dysphoria and euphoria)-Non Monogamy, Polyamory, Kink,"Alternative" Relationships -Neurodivergence (Autism, ADHD, AuDHD)-Harm Reduction and Concurrent Disorders -Chronically homeless/houseless/street involved populations -Intersections of chronic illness and mental illness -Case Management and Case Conferencing My work draws upon DBT, CBT, ACT, Narrative, ITATM, Attachment Based, and other modalities and frameworks. My style is relational, compassionate, welcoming and affirming while striving to be straightforward, transparent, and radically genuine. I help clients address symptoms/ echos in the context of colonialism, systemic oppression, and trauma. My primary goal in therapy is to help individuals find their inner truth, knowledge, and strength while naming and addressing shame and stigma. I highly value peer and community support and encourage clients to utilize these as part of their individual and mutual healing journeys.
