I am an experienced non-profit and public sector leader, advancement professional and trained educator with eighteen years of experience in post-secondary and non-profit organizations in western Canada. As a collaborative and results-focused leader, I help organizations and teams envision their preferred future and work together to reach their goals. I bring a strong focus on operational and service excellence, as well as a passion for team development and for creating working environments that are both productive and conducive to learning and growth. With a proven track record in providing both ongoing and interim leadership, I excel in supporting leaders and teams during times of change. My background includes 5 years of public/non-profit sector consulting, 2 years in arts and culture fundraising leadership and 8 years in post-secondary fundraising, leadership and administration. I have experience in organizations of all sizes, and understand the unique challenges faced by non-profit leaders in achieving ambitious goals while ensuring effective operations and supporting the well-being of their team. I have taught and facilitated classes and groups from pre-school to adult. With training in coaching and leadership development, I am effective as a mentor and coach to staff at all levels, helping them become more competent and confident in their positions.
