Through my years of working in both educational and business settings, I have extensive experience dealing with all levels of professionals. My experience in Healthcare, Sales, Employee Relations, Training and Development and Career Coaching has allowed me to successfully develop a network of partnerships to successfully increase sales in both assisted living and hospice. In addition, my ability to design presentations and training programs, specific to a company's goals and objectives, has been proven to increase performance in employees. Assessing achievements and setbacks of marketing projections and programming is imperative to consistently improve goals and objectives while creating trainings that are informative and beneficial to both the employee and company. My ability to lead, coach and develop employees and identify strengths is also beneficial to growing companies. With my background in professional resume writing and interview skills, I am particularly interested in screening new hires and beginning the interview process as a consultant for an organization.
