Licensed Ohio Real Estate agent since 1998. First year with Sibcy Cline earned Rookie of the Year and never looked back. In 2005 I had the opportunity to sell EPCON Ranch condominiums on Montgomery Road in Loveland, Ohio this community was called The Maples at 20 Mile Farm and consisted of 90 condominiums. This community sold out in 3 years. We then built the sister community on Wilkens Blvd. in Mason Ohio called The Woods on Wilkens which consisted of 102 condominiums and they too sold out. Gridiron Development purchased 21 undeveloped lots in the Villas of Hunters Green off Snider Road in Mason Ohio called Lakeside Cove these sold out quickly. After all this success with selling ranch condominiums I went back to my roots with Sibcy Cline Realtors and success followed with the resales of the original purchasers of the condominiums along with referrals. Liberty Grand Villas then reached out and offered an opportunity to sell out another ranch condominium development in Liberty Twp. Ohio off of Hamilton Mason Road. We accepted and successfully finished selling the remaining 90 condominiums for Great Traditions. Currently, Sibcy Cline has moved our office to The Voice of America location in West Chester and I am working with The Cameron Group as a team and loving life!
