I am fortunate in that I get the opportunity to be part of what is for most, the largest purchase they will make in the course of their lifetime: their home. Being a professional resource and partner to home buyers navigating their way through the purchase and financing of a home has a responsibility that I find extremely rewarding. I love getting to know families and where they purchase, why they choose the home they do, what their home ownership goals are, and to assist with the solution to those goals. I have a passion for the beautiful state of New Hampshire, which I am proud to say that I am both from and that I call home. My understanding and appreciation also provides me with a competitive advantage over those lenders who have no idea of the difference between the solitude of a Pittsburg home compared to that of one on the pristine coast of Rye. The use of local professionals-attorneys, appraisers, and, of course, lenders-is key when financing a home. This translates to no surprises the day before a closing and a smooth purchasing experience overall.
