I am both creative and analytical. My abilities range from creative layout to analysis of data. I am very resourceful with a knack for finding creative and often unusual solutions to problems. One of my favorite parts of my work is helping those who need it. I do my best to be forthcoming with information, answering many questions before they are asked, starting with the initial inquiry. I am often the first person people turn to when they need assistance or answers.
