About Catherine Pitard

I consider my job as a multitasking experience, relying mainly but not exclusively on finance, and in which I help leading my teams to excellence in the best interests of the organization. My DNA: improving profit and nonprofit growing organizations' performance and overall efficiency with a professional, positive and team-focused style. Expert in cash optimization, tools and procedures implementation (Cegid, Sage, P2P, HR), reporting and budgeting, M&A and in team recruitment and motivation, I have furthermore a 5-year entrepreneurship experience and I mentored startups at Le Tremplin/Paris & Co for several years. Passionate about technology and innovation, I created a course on Digital Economics, which I have been continually teaching and upgrading at La Sorbonne University and EDHEC Business School, for more than 5 years. I conducted a Proof Of Concept with my students on how can technology improve a contents and e-learning courses. Outside of work I am curious about a variety of topics including philosophy, that enriches my open-mindedness and challenges my values.
