I’m a Learning and Development professional with a passion for building scalable, people first programs that help organizations and individuals grow. I currently lead a L&D team, providing coaching, direction, and support to help them thrive in their roles. Together, we manage initiatives like onboarding and junior talent development, making sure they run smoothly and deliver real impact. I’m also hands on with the tech side, selecting and implementing tools like Cornerstone, Articulate, Synthesia, and LinkedIn Learning to streamline delivery and improve the learner experience. I work closely with teams across HR, Talent, and discipline leads to align learning programs with broader strategy, and I use data and feedback to keep improving everything we offer.
