About Catherine Robbe

I am a counsellor dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to personal growth. With a background in social and family politics and experience as a consultant for the European Investment Bank, I realized after my move to Canada that I wanted to focus my work on helping individuals rather than managing teams. This shift led me to pursue a Master in Counselling Psychology, and I'm excited to begin my new career helping others navigate the challenges life sometimes throws at us. My approach combines Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to transform unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to explore emotions and communication, Mindfulness to help you stay present and cultivate inner peace, and an Existential reflection to explore deeper questions about your life and purpose. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or the aftermath of trauma, seeking help is an important step toward healing. In today’s world, it’s also common to feel overwhelmed by concerns like climate change, political instability, or the constant stress of daily life. Therapy doesn’t need to be long-term. Together, we’ll focus on your present challenges and find practical strategies tailored to your needs.
