As a customer success manager I supervise diverse teams of Care Coordinators, Pharmacy Coaches and Implementation Consultants. It is the teams responsibility to help implement any new solution for partners, train, provide ongoing support and work with our developers in the creation and quality assurance of new solutions/implementation. I ensure retention, sales support, production quality assurance, and escalation management, achieving key performance indicators (KPI).
